3. Payment Policy
3.1 Pricing
- Pricing for subscriptions, credits, devices, or services is shown clearly on sholas.io.
- Prices may be updated occasionally. Existing paid users will not be impacted until renewal.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- International cards (if supported by payment gateway)
Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways.
3.3 Successful Payment
- On successful payment, your plan/service/device license will be activated immediately or within a few minutes.
- A confirmation email/SMS will be sent to your registered contact details.
3.4 Failed or Pending Payments
- If payment fails, no amount will be charged.
- If money is debited but the order is not updated, your bank/payment provider will auto-refund within 3–7 working days.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All SaaS plans, software subscriptions, credits, and digital services are non-refundable after activation or usage.
Refunds may be considered only for:
- Duplicate payments
- Wrong/technical transaction
- Service not activated due to system error
All refund decisions are at sholas.io discretion.
5. Service Usage, License & Restrictions
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software and tools.
You must not:
- Copy or resell our software
- Attempt unauthorized data extraction
- Violate usage limits, API limits, or subscription terms
- Engage in harmful activities, including malware, spam, or data scraping
